Finally to eat again at the Jägerhof on Sundays gives a bit of normality in this extraordinary time. As a vegan and allergy sufferer, I am a challenge for every cook, but this is wonderfully mastered here. You feel completely welcome here. The service staff is totally friendly and the hygiene concept is carried out beyond the current requirements.

Unfortunately, the service staff did not behave correctly in relation to the Corona standard rules. For example, the mouth and nose masks were not worn properly or not at all. However, the food was delicious again and the portion was large.

The restaurant is okay, but well below a 4.6, maybe a 4.2. The food is okay, but not outstanding. One seems to rely at least partially on frozen vegetables. The main courses are too expensive at 20 to 25 euros. The outside is nice green and the building is pretty, but lacks attention to detail. Most of the guests were 70+, which of course is nothing to complain about, but it felt a bit like a retirement home.

All in all a nice and very friendly opportunity to leave everyday life behind. Operation top. Very attentive and good selection of food and drinks.

As a stranger I looked for something good middle-class for lunch and left me on Google. What can I say. I was not disappointed. On the contrary, very tasty dishes. I would definitely go back and have a clear recommendation. Clear menu and additional day ticket.
